What is the return policy?

We’d hate to see you go, but, here are the steps to take if MYX isn’t for you.

  • You can cancel up to 24 hours after placing your order. After 24 hours, we are unable to change or cancel an order.

  • Returns must be requested to MYXfitness within 30 days of delivery.

  • The return shipping fee of $250 will be deducted from your refund.

  • Your subscription will terminate at the end of your current billing cycle.

  • You will be contacted to schedule a pickup of your equipment by XPO, our logistics partner.

  • Your MYX equipment must be received in its original working condition, and you are required to return everything you received.

  • Refunds are issued at the time of equipment pick up.

  • NOTE: Please do not issue a chargeback as an option for canceling your order. This can often hold your money for up to 75 days as the claim gets processed between MYX and your bank or credit card company.
