  • Your Zones are customized based on data collected in this ride, so it's important to follow the coach’s instructions closely.
  • You should take the MYX Zone Calibration Ride every 6 weeks to see your progress and keep your personalized heart rate zones up to date. As you gain strength and endurance as an MYX member, it is normal for your zones to change.
