Peak Performance is a six-week cross-training program that will kickstart your fitness goals and help you build your strength and power. Peak performance was created for every fitness level (with modifications in each workout) and is available on touchscreen only (not mobile app) at this time.

Bonus: There are two MYX coaches in every workout. That way, you can follow the cues from one coach and check your form against the other to make sure you're doing each exercise correctly. This ensures you’ll get the most out of your workouts — and avoid injury.

Peak Performance will kick off with a new 20-minute assessment to establish your strength and power baseline. It’s important that you follow this program in order and don’t skip around. Each week is catered towards honing a certain skill — power, strength, or mobility — in a variety of exercises that you’ll carry over into the following week. At the end of the program, you’ll take a second assessment to measure your strength and power to see how you've progressed.

What accessories do I need to participate in Peak Performance?

For Peak Performance, you will need: dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a foam roller.
